In short: tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer your pass to another person if you cannot come.
No refunds
All passes are non-refundable. A ticket to a cultural event carries no 14-day right of withdrawal under section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code. This applies to single and couple passes, and to any promotional or discounted purchase.
Transfer to another person
If you cannot attend, you can pass your ticket to someone else. The new holder takes your place with their own name and details. Each pass admits one person and scans only once, so once transferred, your original QR code no longer works.
- Transfers are free.
- Transfers are possible until 20 February 2027, and at the check-in desk during the festival.
- The festival does not mediate any payment between the two people.
- To transfer a pass, write to info@bachataczechrepublic.com with your order details and the new person's name and email.
Exceptional cases
If the festival is cancelled by the organizer, passes are refunded or moved to the rescheduled dates at your choice. Individual exceptions are decided by the organizer case by case.
