1. The festival and the organizer

These terms govern the purchase of a full pass to Bachata Czech Republic Festival 2027, organised by the Bachata Czech Republic team. By buying a pass you agree to these terms.

2. Passes and admission

A full pass admits one named person to the workshops, parties and social dancing across all three festival days, subject to the published programme. Each pass carries a personal QR code and scans once per person. A couple pass consists of two separate passes, one per dancer.

• You choose each dancer's role at checkout: leader, follower or role rotation.
• The organizer may adjust the programme, artists, schedule and venue rooms where necessary.
• The organizer may refuse admission to anyone behaving in a way that endangers others or breaches the code of conduct.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in EUR and are all-in, with no booking fee. The price depends on the phase at the moment of purchase and rises at each published deadline. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; the organizer does not store your card details.

4. Refunds and transfers

Tickets are non-refundable. A ticket to a cultural event carries no 14-day right of withdrawal under section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code. A pass can instead be transferred to another person, see the refund and transfer policy.

5. Your data

The details you provide (name, email, city, phone, role) are used to issue your ticket and to contact you about the festival. See the privacy information for how your data is handled.

6. Liability

You take part in workshops and social dancing at your own responsibility. The organizer is not liable for personal injury or loss beyond what applicable law requires. In case of force majeure the organizer may reschedule the event; passes remain valid for the rescheduled dates.
