• Door and check in. Scanning passes, welcoming people, keeping the queue moving.
• Info desk. Answering the same twenty questions with the same patience each time.
• Artist care. Getting artists from A to B, fed, on time and looked after.
• Room and stage. Setting up, turning rooms around between blocks, taking down.
• Photo and video support. Carrying, lighting, holding the frame steady.

You will not be doing all of it. Tell us what suits you and we build the rota around what people are actually good at.

To be reachable, to turn up when you said you would, and to tell us early if something changes. That is genuinely most of it.

Everyone on the crew accepts the same code of conduct as everyone else in the room.

We agree that with you personally, before you commit to anything. Tell us when you can be there and we will come back with what we can offer for those hours.
