• A free Full Pass. The whole festival, on us.
• An official BCR Festival T-shirt.
• The Saturday Night Cocktail & Toast. Exclusive access, in the Artist Room, together with the artists and the entire festival team.

Master Classes, Bootcamps and Specialty Classes are separate and are not included.

• Artists transportation. Getting artists from A to B, on time.
• Check in and wristbands. The door, the queue, the welcome.
• Decoration and setup. Before the festival and after it.
• Workshop support. Rooms, timings, keeping blocks moving.
• Media and social media. Shooting, posting, carrying.
• Hospitality and artist care. Fed, looked after, unbothered.
• Floor support during parties. The long nights.

You will not be doing all of it. Tell us what suits you and we build the rota around what people are actually good at.

Mostly Friday to Sunday, to be reachable, to turn up when you said you would, and to tell us early if something changes.
