What you confirm

By applying as a volunteer for Bachata Czech Republic Festival 2027

All information you share will be treated as confidential.
The estimated collaboration time is a maximum of 8 hours for the whole event. Slight variations may occur depending on organisational needs.
In case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from attending your shift, you must inform the organising team as soon as possible.
As part of the volunteer team, we truly appreciate any support in sharing and promoting the festival on your social media.

By ticking the boxes on the form, you confirm that you have read and agree to these conditions, and you commit to fulfilling them with responsibility and good vibes.

Your details

Used for volunteers, and for nothing else.

Your information will be used exclusively for the organisation and coordination of volunteers at Bachata Czech Republic Festival 2027. It stays confidential and is not shared with third parties outside the organising team.

Photos and video

The festival is filmed and photographed.

By attending the festival you agree that photos and videos taken during the event may include your image, and may be used for the festival's social media and promotional purposes.

That is all of it.

Everyone on the team also accepts the same code of conduct as everyone else in the room.
