Sleep where you dance
A room right next to the dance floor, so the night ends when you decide it ends and not when the last tram goes. Below: the rooms and how to book one, then exactly where the place stands, how to walk there from the metro and where to leave a car. Everything further out is in the travel guide.
Book a room at the venue
Both venue buildings take bookings through the same festival link. Congress has the published festival rate and the most rooms, Artemis is where the main halls are, and the tower down the street is the fallback.
Hotel Olympik Congress
- Fully renovated 4-star rooms, all air-conditioned
- Minibar, safe deposit, free Wi-Fi
- Business category rooms include a TV
- Right next to Artemis, a short walk outside to the dance halls
On a festival weekend the venue rooms go first. Book early and you sleep where you dance.
The link opens the Olympik reservation system with the festival rate already applied and the dates filled in, 26 February to 1 March 2027. The rate is carried in the link itself, so there is no code to type, and booking any other way shows the standard price. Free cancellation. About €2 city fee per person a night is paid at the hotel.

Hotel Olympik Artemis
- The main halls are here, so you sleep above the dance floor
- Air conditioning, minibar, safe
- Flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi
- Restaurant, bar and casino on site

Hotel Olympik
- The fallback once Artemis and Congress are sold out
- Two minutes on foot from the venue entrance
- Twenty-one floors, the chain’s original hotel
The Olympik chain runs several hotels next to each other here, so check the name before you confirm: Artemis and Congress are the two where the festival actually takes place.
Finding the front door
So that is the room. Here is the building it sits in: the address, the walk from the metro and the tram, and where to leave a car. Everything further out — the airport, the trains, city tickets — lives in the travel guide.
Swipe the map sideways to see all of it.
U Sluncové 14, 186 76 Praha 8
Two buildings standing right next to each other, with a short walk outside from one to the other. Artemis holds the main halls, Congress holds most of the rooms, and reception is open around the clock.
Mind the name when you arrive: the Olympik chain runs several hotels on this corner, and the tall tower on Sokolovská is a different one.
Metro B to Invalidovna
700 m, flat and lit
Line B is the yellow one. Leave the station, carry on east along Sokolovská with the park on your right, then turn right into K Olympiku. The hotel is the long building at the end of it.
From the airport: bus 119 to Nádraží Veleslavín, line A to Můstek, change to line B, four stops. Around 50 minutes with a suitcase.
From Hlavní nádraží, the main train station: line C one stop to Florenc, change to line B, two stops. About 12 minutes.
Trams 3, 8, 12 and 24
same stop as the metro
All four lines stop at Invalidovna, on the surface right above the metro, so the walk to the hotel is exactly the same one.
When the metro closes for the night, around midnight, night trams 92 and 94 keep running through Invalidovna every half hour until morning. Useful to know, although you will not need them if you are sleeping upstairs.
One ticket covers metro, tram and bus together — prices and where to buy them are under transport tickets.
Arriving by car
to the ballroom
Hotel car park. Right beside the building, paid, and the spaces go quickly on a festival weekend — add it to your room when you book rather than on the day.
On the street. The whole neighbourhood is a paid zone: blue, violet and orange kerbs, usually 40 to 60 Kč an hour, paid at the machine or in a parking app.
Park and ride. P+R Černý Most sits on the same line B, 50 Kč for the first 24 hours and 10 Kč an hour after that, about 15 minutes from Invalidovna.
Coming from further away? The travel guide has the airport, the trains, money and what to eat nearby. The halls themselves are on the venue page.
