We match what you asked for as far as the weekend allows.
The preferences selected in the registration form will be taken into consideration when assigning volunteer roles. We will do our best to match each volunteer with their preferred areas whenever possible.
However, please note that selecting a preference does not guarantee assignment to that specific role. Final assignments will depend on the overall preferences of the volunteer team as well as the operational needs of the festival, as all areas must be properly covered.
Our goal is to find the best possible balance between everyone’s preferences and the needs of the event, while creating a positive and enjoyable experience for the whole team.

Your information will be used exclusively for the organisation and coordination of volunteers at Bachata Czech Republic Festival 2027. It stays confidential and is not shared with third parties outside the organising team.
The festival is filmed and photographed.
By attending the festival you agree that photos and videos taken during the event may include your image, and may be used for the festival's social media and promotional purposes.
That is all of it.
Everyone on the team also accepts the same code of conduct as everyone else in the room.
